We’re all in this together
Quarentine
a raccoon
an earthquake
can we see that
We’re all in this together…
I love music and really enjoy musicals and can start singing just about any time. Usually upbeat, and ones and I can dance to, and sometimes will invent my own lyrics [exhibit a.] Haha.
So how about you? Do you feel like singing?
What’s it been like for you during this momentous year so far of 2020? What are some of the challenges that you have needed to face? What did you do to get through them? Is there anything that you have learned about yourself during this time of more downs than ups? Any advice you are willing to share?
We would love for you to share them in the comments section. If you would rather be more private than by all means send an email to [email protected]
I am just one person and have my own set of circumstances which, I’m sure, are very different than yours [which I won’t go into now]. Some I have shared with others [as it says in the lyrics above] an 5.7 earthquake, yikes, first one I have EVER been through,
and a three day boil water notice, as a raccoon was found in one of our town’s water tanks. Yuck!
Maybe you really don’t feel like singing as perhaps you have had to deal with tragedy, or caught Covid-19, and/or needed to spend time in the hospital and weren’t able to have visitors.
Maybe you dealt with the hardship of, at the very least, lowered income or worse yet, unemployment. How about the hardship of depression?
You are NOT alone. Even if you don’t feel like singing, we really are in this together. No one should feel alone, ever, and especially not during this time.
If nothing else, if you need to have someone to talk to, to vent to, to ask for advice or help, please feel free to reach out. I am not a counselor, but do have a listening ear.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Until next time–<3
